Sekizenkan is made up of three buildings, the “Honkan” of the hot spring cure building, and the “Sanso” and “Kashotei” of the inn building, which are connected by tunnels and stairs along the slope of the mountain.
Please enjoy three buildings with different personalities.

    The lounge Shojo on the 5th floor of Kashotei is a lounge where guests staying at Kashotei/ Sanso can check in and have their meals.

    A footbath was newly established near "Genroku no Yu". At Sekizenkan, the water wheel that moves while emitting steam in the garden has long been called the "Yusha".
    A print from around the 14th year of the Meiji era (1889) shows the name of the Yuguruma along with its name, and was reproduced in almost the same location as this print.

*As of April 2018, all rooms have become non-smoking. Smokers should use the smoking area.

The coffered ceiling has been restored as it was at the time, with the design motif of Sekizenkan and scenes from poems about Shima.
Introduced Tannoy vintage speakers,
It brings a deep afterglow to the "luxury time spent doing nothing" that guests spend.
It is a modern space that retains the warm Japanese atmosphere of the wooden building, which is an important cultural property.
We will assist guests staying at Kashotei/ Sanso for their stay.
